Overall, I would consider myself a low A person, with an average percentage of about 93.14%. I always strive to become a great, all-around person that my peers can look up to. Although I strive to do my best every day, I always have room in my life for improvement. As for my improvements, with my lowest grade in my Environmental Wellness (85%), I need to improve on wearing sunscreen more often and to not waste water and other necessities that I have in my life that people around the world do not have on a daily basis for granted (helpful link: http://www.ewg.org/2015sunscreen/). Moreover, even though I play soccer almost all year-round, I still need to work on staying conditioned and going on runs on my own whenever I do not have practice (Physical Wellness) (helpful link: http://exercise.about.com/cs/exercisehealth/a/teenagers.htm). Finally, in school, I need to work on not stressing out as much and staying calm in difficult situations and to relax more often (Emotional Wellness) (helpful link: http://kidshealth.org/teen/your_mind/emotions/stress.html#). As for my strengths, with Spiritual Wellness being my highest grade (100%), I am a Christian and do everything in life for Him. Over this year, I have made a better effort in reading my Bible, praying and I am attending a church conference this summer called MOVE with Christ in Youth in Holland, Michigan. Moreover, since 5th grade, I have been a referee in soccer (Occupational Wellness) and plan on getting my "E" Coaching License in the near future. I am a self-motivated person and will always perform a task 110%. In the future, I need to continue to exercise and stay in shape, continue to grow spiritually in my life with Christ, and to try to relax more and stay calm.
